As a diverse professional woman, I’ve navigated the complex realities many of my clients face: systemic barriers, unexpected career pivots, health challenges, grief, the evolving demands of motherhood, and the nuance of relationships at midlife.
Along the way, I realized this truth:

This framework grew out of my commitment to live in alignment — to reflect deeply, reimagine boldly, and recommit intentionally. These aren’t just coaching phases; they’re the very phases I’ve walked through personally and professionally.
